How do I set up Do No Disturb?
Log into your Control Panel and click the 'Do Not Disturb' icon.

Choose the time frame that you do not want to receive phone calls. Then, choose what you'd like to do with the incoming calls:

* Do Not Disturb - plays a message stating that you are not taking phone calls during that time.

* Voicemail - forwards the calls to your ViaTalk voicemail box.

* Busy - plays a busy signal.

* Forward - forwards all calls to an 11 digit number. You must type the 11 digit number into the number field if you choose this option.

When adding an entry to the Do Not Disturb list, please keep in mind that it is based on a 24 hour day. For example, if you wish to block inbound calls from 10pm until 8am the following day, the entry should be as follows:

Sunday -> 22:00 PM to 23:59 PM
Monday -> 00:00 AM to 08:00 AM

Once you have chosen the time and action, click 'Update'. The page will refresh with a new entry in your Do Not Disturb schedule.

If you have been upgraded to the NEW Control Panel, please login here. Then, under 'Privacy and Security Settings' click on 'Do Not Disturb'.
