How do I change my plan? |
To change your plan with ViaTalk it's as easy as 1, 2, 3.
First, visit our web site.
Second, click the 'One Click Ticket' link at the top-right of the page.
Third, select the 'Billing' Department and complete the provided form. Be sure to include account verification in your request. Account verification can be either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file or your account management password.
Once the ticket is received, we will change your plan and a confirmation email will be sent upon completion.
