Why is Gmail flagging my voicemails as spam?
Gmail users have experienced their voicemails being flagged as spam due to the Gmail spam filters. To help ensure that your voicemails reach your inbox please follow these steps from your web browser: Once you have signed in to your Gmail account, click the "More" link in the folders list on the left side of the page. See figure 1 for reference:

Next to the email subject is a small button that shows a popup labeled, "Click to teach Gmail this conversation is important." Click the button and it will turn orange.

Above the message is a button labeled, "Not spam". Click this button. You may need to navigate back to your Inbox to find the message again.

To the right of the reply button is a drop down button that will show you additional actions you can take. Click the drop down to reveal an "Add to Contacts list" option. Clicking this option will add our voicemail email address to your contacts list.
