How do I setup my ViaTalk LinkSys SPA2102 or Cisco SPA122 adapter?
Thank you for purchasing ViaTalk’s broadband phone service. Please look through the package you received and make sure that you find the following items:

(*) LinkSys SPA2102 or Cisco SPA122 phone adapter with 2 phone ports pre-configured for ViaTalk
(*) Power supply and Ethernet cable
(*) Instruction document

Installation takes approximately 5 minutes to complete. To get your service up and running, please perform the following steps:

Step 1: Take the phone adapter out of its box and plug your telephone into the adapter. Please be sure to use a standard, analog touchtone phone.

Step 2: Plug your Ethernet cable into the port labeled Internet and make sure the other end of the cable is plugged directly into your broadband high speed modem.

Step 4: If you have a computer or network router, you may connect it to the available port labeled Ethernet.

Step 5: Plug the power cable into the circular port on the LinkSys adapter, and then connect it to a power source.

Step 6: Wait until the Power, Internet, and Phone lights are lit.

Congratulations, you are now connected to the ViaTalk network. If you have any questions please feel free to contact support at 1-866-626-7150.
