Does ViaTalk support local 3-digit dialing, like 811?

The "Call Before You Dig" hotline is designed for traditional landlines. VoIP is not the same as the landlines in regards to local 3-digit numbers (ex. 311, 811, etc.) If you wish to call a local number, you will need to call the actual 11-digit number and not the 3-digit abbreviation.
