Access your voicemail from your ViaTalk phone by pressing *123, when prompted, enter your 4 digit PIN.
The system will respond with "You have X new messages" or "Your have X old messages"
Options:
Press 1 to Listen to New/Old Messages
Press 3) Advanced Options
- Press 1) to send a reply
- Press 3) for message envelope
- Press * to return to the main menu
Press 5) Repeat Message
Press 6) Play Next Message
Press 7) Delete Message
Press 8) Forward to another user
- Enter Phone Number/Extension and press #
- Press 1) Prepend a Message to forwarded message
- Press 2) Forward without prepending
Press 9) Save Message
Press * for Help
Press # to Exit
Press 2 to Change Folders
Press 0) New Messages
Press 1) Old Messages
Press 2) Work Messages
Press 3) Family Messages
Press 4) Friends Messages
Press #) Cancel/Exit to Main Menu
Press 3 to go to Advanced Options (currently not active)
Press * to return the main menu
Press 0 for Mailbox Options
Press 1) to Record your Standard Unavailable Message
- Press #) To End Recording
- Press 1) To Save message
- Press 2) Listen to message
- Press 3) Re-record the message
Press 2) to Record your Custom Mailgroup Message
- Press #) To End Recording
- Press 1) To Save message
- Press 2) Listen to message
- Press 3) Re-record the message
Press *) to return to the Main Menu
Press * for Help
Press # to Exit
