Can I check my voicemail when I am away from my ViaTalk phone?
ViaTalk offers several ways for you to conveniently access and review your voicemail.

* You can access voicemail (for play or download) from any internet connection. Simply log into your Control Panel and click the 'Voicemail' icon.

* You can check your voicemail from any phone at any time, free of charge with our remote Toll Free voicemail access. To find your personal Toll Free Number, log into your Control Panel and select the 'Voicemail' icon. Your remote access number will be listed at the bottom of the page. When dialing your remote Toll Free Number, you will be prompted to enter a 'Mailbox' (your mailbox is your 11 digit phone number). When prompted, dial your PIN and you will have full access to your voicemail.

* You can call your ViaTalk phone number. When the voicemail answers the call, simply press the * key. When prompted, enter your voicemail password to gain access to your voicemails.

* You can receive a copy of your voicemails right in your email inbox. You may enable this option by selecting the 'Change Voicemail Settings' icon from your Control Panel. You will get an email notification after every voicemail - Attached to these notifications are .wav files that contain your voicemails.
