Upon the processing of your signup, you will need to log into your Control Panel and manually update the address information. To update your E-911 address, please perform the following steps: * Log into your Control Panel * Select the desired phone number at the top of the page with the drop-down menu titled 'Currently Using #:' * Click 'Change' if applicable * Under 'Advanced Features' select 'E911' * Input your full name and address and select 'Update' If the update does not process correctly, please submit a support ticket.
