Can I transfer a second phone number to my free second line?

The free second line on our residential plans does not include a second telephone number. For more information on this feature, please visit: Two Phone Lines If you would like to port a second phone number to our service, you will need to contact our billing department via phone or ticket to order either a Virtual Number package or a second voice package.
