What is Custom Caller ID?

You can set up your ViaTalk service to learn to recognize and change incoming caller ID per caller.

Click on the "Custom Caller ID" icon in your Account Management Control Panel.

Input the callers 11 digit phone number in the 'number' field.

Then input the text you'd like displayed on caller ID for that caller.

Click update to save and use.



You can also change this setting by clicking the OPTIONS link next to any of the numbers in your call logs.

Custom caller ID only supports 11 digit numbers.
