ViaTalk will refund any customer, no questions asked, during our 14 Day Trial period. Only service fees are refundable; activation fees, shipping fees and one-time fees are not eligible for a refund.
After the 14 Day Trial period, customers have the option of canceling prepaid services and receiving a full pro-rated refund for any remaining prepaid months calculated from the 1st day of the following month, less a $49.95 Early Termination Fee.
If you elect to cancel a prepaid plan within 14 days of the end of the prepaid term, you will not be charged an Early Termination Fee. |
