How do I know if my porting documentation has been received?
You will be sent a confirmation email within 1 to 3 business days after your LOA and phone bill have been received.

If you do not receive an email, please resubmit your porting documentation and contact phone support by calling 1-866-626-7150 to confirm that they have been accepted by our system.
