What is VoIP?
VoIP is an abbreviation for Voice Over Internet Protocol. With the use of an analog telephone adapter, SIP compliant software, or an IP phone, you have the ability to make and receive calls through your broadband Internet Service Provider.

The main advantage of VoIP is its ability to call anywhere in the world at a much cheaper rate than traditional land line providers.
