Is ViaTalk compatible with Satellite/Wireless Internet Service?
ViaTalk Phone service works best with a wired Internet connection such as Cable Broadband or DSL. Satellite and Wireless Internet Providers often do not provide strong enough connections for use with VoIP services.

In many cases, however, Satellite and Wireless Internet Service Providers are able to make adjustments to your account to make your Internet Connection more reliable for use with VoIP.

Please contact support at 866-626-7150 or support@viatalk.com if you have questions regarding your Internet Service Provider's compatibility with ViaTalk.
