What outgoing calls are counted against a limited plan?
Minutes used during an outgoing call, or any ViaTalk feature including Call Forwarding, that connect to an off-network number will be counted against a limited plan's monthly minute usage.

Overage minutes are billed at the rate of 1.9 cents/min.
